Bolivian rosewood in combination with an Adirondack spruce top combine to make a loud warm sound in a guitar that feels right. The neck profile is a thick broad D-shape that tapers near the neck. We set the guitar up with tuned intonation and a medium low action for smooth play out of the box.
This is a hand-crafted guitar; it has been played before. As such, it’s not factory perfect, there are marks, imperfections and mistakes wrapped up in it. Everything problem we can eliminate, we do. Each one goes through a quality inspection by my Dad and I before dispatch. If asked, we can recite every mistake that can’t be removed. As soon as the strings are put on the guitar starts collecting scratches. These features give the guitar soul and is part of the trade-offs of having a hand-built instrument.
We want this guitar to last for generations. We will provide any repairs or warranty work needed at no cost. The price includes a hard-shell case and shipping.
